Abstract
Geometry is a branch of mathematics taught in elementary schools. By studying Geometry can foster the ability to think logically, develop the ability to solve problems and give reasons and can support many other topics in mathematics. In reality in the field, many elementary students have difficulty in learning and understanding the basic concepts of geometry.Regarding the problem, there is a learning theory, Van Hiele's Theory which states that the level of geometrical thinking of students in sequence through 5 levels, namely; level 0 (visualization), level 1 (analysis), level 2 (informal deduction), level 3 (Deduction), level 4 (Rigor).
