Implementasi Metode Pembelaran Hybrid untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman dan Praktik Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the hybrid learning method in improving students' understanding and practice of entrepreneurship. A gap identified in previous studies is the lack of implementation of learning methods that combine online and face-to-face elements in the context of entrepreneurship. The research method used is an experimental design with pre-test and post-test, involving two groups: the experimental group receiving hybrid learning and the control group following conventional learning. Data were collected through entrepreneurship understanding and skill tests, which were then analyzed using a t-test to examine the differences between the two groups. The results show that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in pre-test and post-test scores compared to the control group, indicating that the hybrid method is more effective in enhancing students' understanding and practice of entrepreneurship. In conclusion, the hybrid learning method can be considered an effective approach to improving the quality of entrepreneurship education by providing greater flexibility and interactivity for students.
