Abstract
This study aims to produce a valid test instrument, test ability in class and this research is research and development carried out using a development research model. The subjects in this instrument trial were third grade students of MI Yanida Balaraja, Tangerang Regency. From the results of the instrument test, validity and reliability were carried out so that it could be used as a very high-quality and valid measuring instrument according to students' abilities. Then a valid test is a test that measures exactly the situation you want to measure. On the other hand, a test is said to be invalid if it is used to measure a situation that is not properly measured by the test.
