Dampak Kepribadian Introvert terhadap Generasi Z dalam Interaksi Sosial Sehari-hari di Kota Mataram

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of introverted personality on generation Z who are known to tend to be more closed and choose their own time to replenish energy, and can have a significant impact on social interactions in society.  People with this personality have a preference for reflecting on themselves and getting energy from quiet time. The method used is literature studies and field research, which is a commonly used approach to collect and analyze information from various reliable sources.  This method aims to recompile, synthesize, evaluate the findings in the scientific literature in order to and review field research to gain an in-depth understanding of a particular topic. Introverted personalities have an impact on people's social life.  Social situations can cause stress, social situations can easily make introverted individuals feel stressed. Attendance in a crowd or interaction with many people can be exhausting and draining for them. They are more comfortable in the house or room and interacting through social media, rather than interacting socially in their daily lives.
