Abstract

We have already seen that each individual is unique that is no two individuals are the same. Exactly from nature, character, and so on. Each individual is different from one another. Likewise, students are different from one student to another, there are differences in the characteristics, psychological, personality, and properties. This individual difference is seen in the way and results of student learning itself. Individual differences need to br handled by the teacher as a guide in the context of learning efforts in education today the education system that is used alone is doing learning in class by only seeing students as individuals with average abilities, habits as well as their knowledge almost the same, not different from each other who payless attention to the problem of the differences of each individual.
