Abstract

Education is a conscious effort to improve human quality in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor fields. These efforts are carried out in order to create good character for humans. Everyone has the right to get education in any form, for example in the form of the IPNU IPPNU organization. This study aims to describe how to foster responsible and religious attitudes of adolescents in organizations. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. As for the research data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in fostering a responsible and religious attitude through the organization, a manager plays a very important role in this matter. Fostering a responsible and religious attitude for youth at IPNU-IPPNU Gumawang village by providing examples, advice, and being implemented through activities in the IPNU-IPPNU organization.
