MANAJEMEN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENUNJANG KUALITAS KINERJA TENAGA ADMINISTRASI TATA USAHA DI MAN 2 LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

Quality from leadership principal of the madrasa often considered as factor most important from success or failure something organization well oriented business nor public, usually perceived as success or failure leader in plan, manage and implement a program organization. Objective research : 1) For know management madrasa principal support the performance quality of administrative administrative staff at MAN 2 Lombok Tengah, 2) For know the strategy of the principal of the madrasa in support the performance quality of administrative administrative staff at MAN 2 Lombok Tengah. Type study This is study descriptive qualitative. Object study is management headmaster of the madrasa as well as the strategy of the principal in the madrasah support quality performance power administrative administration. subject study is principal and principal administration. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. Deep data analysis techniques study This includes : data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal conclusion. Research results This is what the researcher examined, that is that management the madrasah head in supporting the quality of the performance of administrative administrative staff consists of several aspects, including: planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and assessing (Evaluating). In study this also exists influencing factors management madrasa principal support quality performance power administrative administration, among others namely, discipline and means infrastructure. As for the strategy of the head of the madrasa in support the performance quality of administrative administrative personnel that is intertwine good communication and deliver motivation.
